High-Speed CNC Drilling Cell: Six sided drilling machine has two drill packs and automatic tool change, so no one has to switch tools by hand.
This speeds up drilling and keeps hole positions accurate—great for custom furniture that needs different hole sizes.
Robot Sorting Unit: Instead of people sorting panels, this uses automated 3D sorting.
Robot Sorting correctly sorts panels by size and order, cutting down on mistakes and labor costs.
Smart Packaging Line: At the end of production, this line handles packaging automatically—carton machine counts finished products, stacks them neatly, and packs them precisely.
Smart packing line connects smoothly with the equipment upstream, finishing the full smart production loop without manual help.
